Capgemini Infrastructure Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. IS has achieved great success and grown rapidly since the establishment of our first service center in Krakow in 2004. In 2006, we opened a second center in Katowice and in 2012 a third center in Opole. Today, our team of 1,600 professionals delivers IT outsourcing services to 40 clients in 20 languages.

Job description

• Managing large and complex customer facing projects with full accountability for time, cost, quality, people, risk and communications
• Managing technical project teams (including vendors/subcontractors) to deliver multiple, simultaneous projects that span across several IT technologies
• Working closely with customers to develop proposal & present final agreements

Candidate’s profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management in IT infrastructure industry
• Proven track record of project in the deployment of leading technologies in a highly complex and demanding commercial environment
• Good knowledge of industry standard certifications (eg. ISO 9000) and tools & processes (ITIL , ITSM)
• General IT knowledge
• PM/ESI/PMP certified
• Excellent analytical & technical skills, Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Experience in working with global customers being onsite would be a plus
• Deep knowledge of the sales process
• Good understanding of legal aspects of contracts
• Proficiency in English. Other language would be a plus
• Advanced negotiation & presentation skills
• Target delivery work approach
• Leadership skills
• Ability to take accountability for other’s delivery results
• Excellent communication skills
• Resilient, focused and with strong achievement drive
