.NET software/ database developer

we are currently looking for on a freelance or full-time basis for our Poznan office.
You will be a team member working on development and maintenance of a data management solutions. This involves implementing new features and processes within a database, including quality control mechanisms, as well as creating software tools for internal project usage. You should be both a technically oriented person that has experience using database solutions but also a business-oriented person that is keen on developing the understanding of their business context.
Formal requirements are:
 C# (.NET framework)
 Advanced SQL skills (PL SQL) & Oracle to query and process large amounts of data
 Proven experience with at least 1 commercial data driven project
 Analytical and thinking capabilities with understanding data relationships
 Good command of English
In addition to above we will appreciate:
 WPF
 Skills in shaping Graphical User Interfaces
