SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER

Join our newly established Development Center in Krakow and become a member of our open minded, progressive and professional team. In this role you will be working on projects for one our world famous clients. You will have a chance to grow your technical and soft skills, and build a thorough expertise of the industry of our client. Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of a small and agile team developing new features and enhancements.
• Develop parts of a .NET application that is fed with data provided by Java based back end.
• Contribute in different phases of the project lifecycle – clarify business requirements, design required changes, provide effort estimations, do coding, unit testing, develop test scenarios and support further release phases.
Participate in Level 2/3 Production support (analyze problem tickets, communicate by mail, instant messenger and phone with other support levels and business people, raise defects in bug-tracking system, do changes in existing code and deploy them to Production according to established processes)
Requirements:

The candidate will have a Bachelor / MSc degree in Computer Science, Math or related field, they will demonstrating initiative, collaboration, and strong teamwork skills. He/she will think out of the box and adds value to discussions. Furthermore, he/she will take direction and have a strong focus on delivery. Mandatory: • Solid .Net technical skills o Windows Forms o Multi Threading • Strong focus on ownership of issues and commitment to resolving them, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proven track record of building successful working relationships with peers. • Knowledge and/or experience desirable in UNIX o shell scripting • Knowledge and/or experience of agile techniques (TDD, CI) • Knowledge of design patterns • Knowledge of version control systems (GIT, SVN) • Fluent English – written and spoken • Knowledge on relational databases is a plus Desirable: • Java We offer: • Permanent employment contract • competitive compensation • medical insurance • sport-programs • relocation package
