We’re looking for hotshot Ruby on Rails programmers. We eat Ruby for breakfast, dinner and supper. And dessert.

We require at least 1 year of experience in Ruby on Rails and a good familiarity with general programming. Bonus points for the love of craftsmanship, fair play and simple common sense.

And what’s in it for you? Well, we’ve started Rails in Poland. Some even call us Rails hipsters, because we rode it before the release in December 2005. And we haven’t stopped since!

Today just Ruby on Rails isn’t enough – we develop our apps in a uniquely paced, Agile way. We talk with our clients daily and make sure all’s well before we go code-berserk.

Self-governance is king. No one will order you here – we keep our workflow transparent and cherish the independence of code and free thought.
