Job specification:
• Designing, developing and implementing the architecture
• Communication with stakeholders to understand interactions with other parts of the business as well as the requirements of the solution itself
• Advising the Tech Lead on the technical design
• Developing and executing a solution strategy and business plan that support product growth
• Shaping, designing and planning specific service lines in product area
• Acting as visionary and strategist for solution product area
• Conducting survey market landscape for solution insights, direction, vendors and methods
• Providing expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation
• Working with technical writers to ensure quality of internal and external client-oriented documentation
• Taking ownership of a particular solution offering

Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related
• Several years of experience on similar position in a consulting environment, preferably on business transformation, ERP type of engagements
• Several years of experience on the position of a senior developer
• Excellent knowledge and experience in: Designing enterprise-wide solutions Standard solution architectures Creating Solution Architecture Documentation (describing the environment of the solution, its interactions with other parts of the business, risks, technologies, etc.)
• Excellent self -organizational skills with experience in maintaining progress with multiple activities and achieving deadlines
• Fluency in using English language, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work for the first year in London, then return to Poland (Warsaw or Poznan to choose)
