Currently, for one of our Client we are looking for ITIL Incident Manager to work in Bydgoszcz.
Job specification:
• Manages the ITSM processes based on ITIL best practices
• Ensures that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient handling of incidents
• Identifies opportunities to improve the day-to-day operations to minimize the impact of incidents
• Coordinates and manages the Incident Management process activities to agreed local and global SLAs
• Drives implementation of standard execution of the Incident Management process
• Assists in driving cross-account process standardization
• Handles incidents and escalates risks and issues to the Incident Management Regional Process Owner
Requirements:
• Very good language skills (English/German/French/Dutch)
• University degree in IT Discipline or proper experience in IT branch
• At least a year of experience in similar position
• Good knowledge of change/incident/problem/project management
• ITIL v3, TQM, ISO 9000:2000 certification would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills (including interaction with senior lever business partners)
• Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work in groups
• High-level of IT literacy – MS Office
