Job specification:
• Contributing to and validating the solution design
• Producing full documentation of agreed End-To-End business processes
• Functional specifications, configuration, interactions with business experts as well as with Development team
• Supporting Test Planning and Test Execution
• Supporting Data Migration activities
• Proposing alternative solutions and technologies which will ensure effective and efficient systems solutions
• Assisting in the management of projects to ensure improved efficiency and functionality of business processes
• Implementing acceptance testing and support user training

Requirements:
• Minimum of three years SAP HCM Swiss Payroll consulting experience
• Strong analytical skills helping our customers to find the best solution for their business requirements
• Expert SAP knowledge in the processes and backend technology for Swiss Payroll
o Schema, rules and functions
o Custom built operations and functions
o User-Exits and Enhancement spots
o Finance integration
o Pension fund integration
o Payroll auditing experience is a plus
• Very good English
• Ability to travel
