Job specification:

• Providing input to the development
• Maintenance and support of specific customer infrastructure systems and associated software
• Ensuring the service provided to customers
• Meeting the established Service Level Agreements and quality standards

Requirements:

• Experience with Lotus Domino System Administration skills
• Manual creation and manipulation of Server, Person, Connection, Group, Program, Policy documents
• Able to handle Level 2/3 problems and ability to effectively interface with vendor support
• Relevant experience with IBM Lotus products (R5 and above) for messaging and collaborations, such as Lotus Notes/Domino, Sametime (Meeting/Instant Messaging), Domino.Doc, HTTP, SMTP Gateways
• Good command of English and/or German language
• Experience with Sametime, Domino Doc, HTTP & SMTP services
• Knowledge of third party software like: iQ Suite, PDF Services, SMS Services, User management, Monitoring, Data Compression, Fax interface
