Job Description:

- pre-sales activities, the role of technical expert in a sales process
- product implementation
- post – sales activities like: client’s trainings, solving technical problems regarding implemented products, the role of focal point for assigned clients
- close cooperation with different internal departments like: Sales Department, Customer Service Department

Requirements:

- good technical knowledge in the area of: DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, DSA,Streaming solutions, TCP/IT, CDN
- experience in IT technical support/ pre-sales department in IT company/ IT product implementation department or motivation to close cooperation with business
- high communication skills
- customer facing
- presentation skills
- excellent English is a must
