We are looking for an individual characterised by the following parameters:

• A few years of experience with Ruby on Rails projects
• Exceptional ability to write clear code
• Ability to work without direct supervision and good communication skills
• Knowledge of XHTML and CSS
• Knowledge of JavaScript (jQuery library)
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Knowledge of the Git tool
• Familiarity with TDD techniques
• Familiarity with the Linux environment
• Knowledge of English allowing to read technical documentation

Pluses:

• Knowledge of production environment configuration aspects for Rails (Nginx, Mongrel, Unicorn, etc.)
• Knowledge of RSpec, Capybara
