Praca on-site w Krakowie poprzedzona 2-miesięcznym szkoleniem w UK. Preferowana forma współpracy – kontrakt B2B.

Wymagania:

• Ability to use requirement and design documents to derive estimates, scope and approach for the planning of individual developments
• Ability to write various test documentation such as, Test plan, Completion and Metrics reports
• Ability to manage offshore resource in India, and guide them in the development of test scripts and test execution, quality checking work where needed
• Be accountable for all projects under their leadership,
• Ability to track actual cost against estimates to ensure cost and schedule adherence
• Good written and verbal communication to effectively work with onshore and offshore resource
• Ability to manage the expectations of the client and managers, including raising risks and issues
• Follow standard reporting procedures for daily and weekly reporting
• Ability to work across multiple projects which may be in different stages of the life cycle
• Experience with CRM tools or infrastructure projects is desirable
