Project description:

The client is currently developing a new portal (research, trading, pre and post trade services, quotes and charts) and also increasing the speed of migration from old Java portal to the new web based portal.
We are looking for two Java developers (Senior/Regular/Junior) who would be able to spend 3 to 6 months in Copenhagen, Denmark in the initial phase and later on keep the old platform afloat from Gdynia.

Two applications are in production:
• first is an access and identity management system responsible for granting access rights to certain users, groups of users
• second is a web portal where users can log in to E-markets trading portal – which is used by hedge funds, asset managers and other limited number of individual users

Requirements:
• Expertise in Java and Oracle
• Core Java (Collections, Threads, IO, Networking)
• Oracle Database: JDBC, Hibernate (or any other similar ORM), SQL
• SWING
• Troubleshooting, investigation and fixing the issues
• Fluent English

Nice to have:
• Maven
• Domain Knowledge
