Capgemini Infrastructure Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. IS has achieved great success and grown rapidly since the establishment of our first service center in Krakow in 2004. Job description

Ensure smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability Evaluate, upgrade and support network infrastructure Ensure 24×7 operations and focus on Service Level Agreement Monitor and analyze network traffic Develop and upgrade existing network documentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Telecommunication, etc) is a plus In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals Thorough understanding Local Area Network Experience with network routing protocols Knowledge about network security solutions Very good troubleshooting skills and problem solving abilities Network certification on professional level in any of paths offered by Cisco (CCNP or CCSP preferred) is a plus Solid experience with Unix/Linux is a plus Experience and flexibility regarding on-call responsibilities German and English – good written and oral communication skills
