Sowelo Consulting offers RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) for mid and high level management, as well as specialized positions, making use of the methodology of direct search. Our consultants work from our clients’ offices or offsite and source candidates directly from the market, building and maintaining a direct recruitment model which eliminates, or substantially reduces, the use of agencies. The size of an on-site team reflects each client’s recruitment volumes, and provides a flexible and scalable solution to meet hiring requirements.
Traditionally RPO services have only been provided to large corporates. Our objective is, to bring all the benefits of RPO to companies that are recruiting up to 150 new staff per annum.

The Job:
You will be working at one of the major Swiss banks in a team of Java Developers.
You will be programming in Java and implementing business object using J2EE
You will have the possibility to manage sections of the projects or teams,
You will cooperate with analysts and designers,
You will stick to deadlines and report to the Project Manager.

Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in JAVA development
Fluent English
Main technologies used: Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Swing, Web Services, XML, JMS (messaging), SQL
Development environment: Eclipse (Windows)
Previous experience in developing for the banking or financial industry is an advantage
