Job specification
The primary purpose of the Network Engineer is to provide technical support such network appliances as access points, switches, routers, load balancers and traffic optimizers.
This support is provided to a large number of external customers ensuring that the service meets or exceeds the established Service level Agreements and quality standards.

Requirements
• University degree in computer science or related
• Good knowledge and experience of network and security services
• Good knowledge of the physical configuration of IT systems
• Skills and experience in one or more of the following technical areas: - Network configuration and protocols, - Hardware technologies, - Operation systems,
• Ability to structure and draft technical documentation
• English at least on upper-intermediate level
• Cisco CCNA (or equivalent) qualification
• Experieince in networking and security
• Linux/Unix foundations

Additional requirements
• Knowledge or experience in Cisco, H3C 3Com, HP, Nortel, Avaya network solutions
• Knowledge or experience in load balancing and WAN optimization solutions
• Cisco CCNP (or the equivalent) qualification
• Knowledge in management network tools
• Second foreign language (French or German)
