Currently for our client, international IT company which delivers IT services in 3 domains: Consulting & Technology Services, Systems Integration and Managed Services & BPO, we are looking for IT Systems Deployment Engineer to work in Wrocław.

Job specification:
Employee in this position will be involved in deployment, configuring and troubleshooting of pre-production and production Windows Servers environment along with IP networking in particular:

• Deployment support (requests via ticketing tool TMT, Resolve)
• Creating related tickets to IT
• IPsec VPN environment configuration
• Customer’s own solutions deployment
• Testing configurations in the lab
• Lab management
• Tools configuration
• Acceptance testing
• Access management
• Documentation
• Common technical support

Requirements:
• Experience and interests in field of IT systems
• Wide knowledge of networks: LAN, WAN, IPSec VPN, MPLS, firewalls, routing, troubleshooting, design, switches, routers (Cisco, Juniper), virtual networks
• Knowledge of Citrix and virtual server environments, proxies
• Knowledge of IT Security
• Windows Server systems knowledge
• Linux knowledge would be advantageous
• Good documentation skills
• Fluent communication in English
• Ability to solve multi-threaded IT tasks,
• Good organization of work, attention to details
