Business Analyst
For our Client, international well known organization, we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of:
Business Analyst/ Technical Analyst

The Business Analysts main focus is to analyse, document and help form solutions for business initiatives. This involves the identification and documentation of requirements and business process mapping to aid improvement in the efficiency and productivity of the business operations.

Responsibilities
- Identify customer issues accurately and apply correct fix methods / escalations in an efficient manner
- Collecting, understanding and transmitting business requirements for varying projects and transforming these into business reality e.g. business process mapping, create functional specifications
- Study the company’s strength and weaknesses in relevance to its overall operations e.g. process improvement
- Initiating changes that are necessary for the company’s improvement
- Implementation of company strategies to would improve the company’s performance
- Suggests improvement plans in line with team objectives and goals
- Ensure that team goals are met by promoting and following relevant processes and feedback mechanisms
- Ensure that they deliver the proper support and consistently add value to the business
- Ensure customer expectations are met within scope

Duties
- Ensure understanding of Configuration Storage of all documentation and change management processes
- Day to day management of change requests in relation to business documentation / business process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all applicable processes and procedures
- Define / Mapp as-is / to-be scenarios
- Help local teams map out business processes in line with organisational standards
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly deliverables to the business
- Ensure all reporting deliverables internal/external are completed as per the agreed process meeting deadlines and accuracy expectancies
- Ensure that any changes are applied as required and necessary communication given
- Host and attend all necessary organisational meetings
- Prepare team reports / presentations for meetings as required
- Report to Global Business Process manager on daily/weekly basis on work progress
- Identify and document reporting requirements across a range of business systems to help build reports
- Maintain and manage in-house software projects e.g. intranet, quality system

Requirements:
- Degree in IT or equivalent e.g. Business Administration
- 2+ years in a Business Analyst Role
- Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to define project and scope
- Knowledge of PMP or Prince 2 an advantage
- Demonstrate full product and process template and development knowledge
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of MS SharePoint an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server, SQL, C#, ASP will be appreciated
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript will be an asset
