Description

This is a commissioned Sales position in which the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering revenue through the management of customer accounts across our component, branded channel partners, and our Enterprise Solutions customers.
The successful candidate will have a good mix of commercial acumen, communication skills and technical interest.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities within assigned accounts as well as finding and driving opportunities with new customers and partners.
Identifying key individuals within new customer accounts and establishing/developing relationships with those contacts.
Working in partnership with other sales and marketing teams, distributors, vendors, OEMs, MNCs, etc in support of your assigned accounts.

Responsible for ensuring that goals are consistent with Intel’s strategic direction of:
- Maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long-term.
- Increasing the preference for Intel architectures among assigned customers.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual billings/revenue targets.
- Communicate strategies to customers and appropriate Intel personnel to obtain required support and coordination.
- Develop a clear understanding of Intel’s business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.
- Keeping pace with current Intel product roadmaps, communicating roadmap updates to customers and working with appropriate technical resources to identify best Intel solutions to meet the customers needs.

This position is a commissioned, inside sales position based in Gdansk, Poland, but may require occasional travel to visit customers and/or training opportunities.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in one of Business, Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Excellent knowledge of computer components, tablets, IT hardware and software market ecosystem
- Minimum of one year in computer/IT sales, component market knowledge is considered as an additional value.
-The ability to quickly and effectively assess the customers’ business model and goal(s) for growth with Intel products.
-Develop clear understanding of marketing strategies across the business segments and be able to effectively communicate those to a broad set of customers.
-Demonstrable track record of working effectively with others to accomplish goals.
-Self starter, well organized with a passion to win is a must.
-Able to build, grow and nurture relationships with customers mostly by phone/e-mail
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Able to identify opportunities and drive sales projects with customers
