Solution Enablement Business Analyst
(Cracow)

SE Business Analyst works together with Product Management, R&D, implementation teams and DELMIA Apriso partners to convert experts’ know-how into manageable knowledge.

We are seeking seasoned, dynamic professionals who understand aspects of collaborative manufacturing and supply chain execution across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Researches subjects from the knowledge roadmap for which knowledge artefacts are created.
• Creates knowledge artefacts (or their elements), e.g. e-learning, classroom training, movies, system demos, knowledge base articles, data model, functional guides, etc.
• Trains and coaches experts in other teams to create new training materials by the agreed standards.
• Coordinates work with technical writers and any other colleagues within and outside of the team to meet deadlines.
• Assists the SE Manager in marketing the knowledge artefacts internally (other departments) and externally (partners).

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in software implementations, preferably manufacturing related (Production, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, machine automation, etc.)
• Medium experience in creating training documentation
• Instructional design experience and education is a plus
• Project management experience is a plus
• Analytical skills, problem solving, proactivity, self-organization, team worker, initiative, story telling, time management, adaptability, working by priorities
• Excellent communication in (American) English, both verbal and written; good presentation skills
• Drive to achieve results is essential
