PRODUCTION SUPPORT OFFICER (MSSQL)
Workplace: Kraków
Successful candidate will join the team in Kraków into the company from banking sector.
Main tasks:
- Providing support in all aspects of the selected IT systems and applications
- Day-to-day maintenance and proactive monitoring of production services and environments
- New functionality/product deployment and changes to existing solutions
- Providing technical expertise in supported systems to Business users
- Adhering to all service level agreements and metric requirements at all times
Requirements:
- University or Technical College graduate (preferable in IT)
- At least 2 years experience with administration or development in T-SQL on MS SQL Server 2005 and higher
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Access including scripting VB6
- Knowledge of .NET framework 2.0/3.5 /4.0 (WinForms, ASP.NET) focused to C# language will be an advantage
- Ability to learn new technologies and procedures very quickly
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under time and stress pressure
- Fluency in English
Optional skills:
- Prior working experience in a bank or a financial institution will be an advantage
