Currently for our client, well-known global leader in advanced IT technologies, which provides complex services to hundreds of customers all over Europe, we are looking for Network Manager to work in Kraków.

Job specification:
• Designing, implementing and maintaining a cost effective data and voice network upon which the business services run
• Providing architecture, design, and deployment of all network circuits, connections and interfaces, including Telephony and CTI
• Ensuring that network operations are reliable, stable, and available and to work with the service and support organizations to ensure that all SLAs and KPIs are met
• Ensuring that service levels are met and that new technology opportunities are evaluated
• Defining the Technical Infrastructure architecture for the Network environment
• Managing second and third level support teams to work on Network and Telephony incident escalations and problem resolutions
• Documenting the network standards that are used to support the BPO business

Requirements:
• Min. 6 years of relevant experience
• Management experience in designing, building and operating Office/Campus and Datacentre networks
• Experience in developing and implementing global network architecture (Network design, routing policies, Network protocols and Network security)
• Knowledge of extensive data and voice technology in distributed global multivendor environments (Cisco Call Managers, CUBE, Gateways, CTI, IVR functions, Routers and Switches, ASA Firewalls, Checkpoint Firewalls, Proxys, IPS, Wi-Fi)
• Ability to build business case, present, and gain approvals at multiple levels in an organization and with customers
