What skills should you have?

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent German, French or Brazilian
• Strong motivation for development in recruitment area , experience on similar position will be an asset
• Great organizational skills, ability to work in dynamic environment

What will you do?

• Recruiting and selecting candidates to meet the organization’s business needs, using external and internal (referral) sources, which includes: - Preselecting CVs - Updating internal data bases - Phone screening candidates to ensure a proper quality of candidates
• Maintaining external contacts in order to provide the required number of proper candidates: - Liaising with job agencies
• Preparing various recruitment reports
• Participating in creation of positive image of the company on the job market
