Job specification:
• Providing assistance to enterprise customers (internal and external) and partners
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues (including onsite, online services, over a phone and via mail)
• Being responsible for security management, dealing with virus outbreaks and identifying malware samples
• Running disaster recovery and preparing proper documentation
• Working with advanced and backline teams on escalated cases

Requirements:
• Fluent in one of the following language: French / Italian
• Fluent in English
• Experience in a pressurized support environment
• Knowledge and/or experience of working in cross platforms server environments
• Good working knowledge of Windows 2003 and Windows 2008
• Active listening, good verbal and written communication
• Able to multi-task across several open cases and manage and prioritize own time
• Technical credibility with a wide range of customer contacts
• Excellent customer service skills and a team focus
