Currently we are looking for data analytics process specialist for our customer that provides business consulting, information technology, software engineering and outsourcing services and is one of the biggest players in the outsourcing market in Poland.

Job specification:

• Creating and improving analytics processes that will support the business
• Designing reports with use of analytics tools – programming skills and script languages
• Data collection and analysis
• Looking for opportunities of processes development
• Building processes optimization plans to maximize productivity and quality

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting/Finance/Audit areas Experience
• Good knowledge of business processes
• Understanding of internal control requirements
• Ability to learn coding of reports in a data analytics tooling
• Experience in database management
• Very good Excel skills
• Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English
• Ability to operate in an international environment and work to deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Analytical skills
