Besides our commercial projects, we also contribute to open source software. We’re the official technology partner and consulting company for Piwik – an open source web analytics platform, used by more than a million websites worldwide. We’re also the co-founders of Piwik PRO – a startup that aims to provide clients with support in implementing and utilising 100% of Piwik’s functionalities.

We’re looking for a person to join Clearcode and support the Piwik PRO team in everyday (many!) challenges.

PIWIK TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST (LEVEL 1&2) WITH FRENCH
Job location: Wrocław

What will you be doing?

• Supporting Piwik PRO clients on a daily basis – providing rapid responses via phone and email.
• Receiving and reporting problems with the Piwik platform
• Gathering detailed information in order to get to the heart of the problem
• Handling tickets in the system on a daily basis
• Delivering technical support to users in order to solve their problems
• Communicating complex problems to the dedicated technical team

You won’t make it without:

• A solid technical background and a familiarity with the IT sector
• A receptive mind
• Great communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening)
• Good command of French (would be a huge asset)
• Previous experience of working with corporate clients and a sixth sense for striking up relationships
• Appropriately mixed abilities: solid communication skills, inquisitiveness and an analytical mind (have the ability to draw conclusions based on gathered data)
• The ability to prioritise tasks
• Great self-organisation skills

It would be useful if you:

• Have prior experience of supporting clients in the IT industry
• Are interested in analytics and/or have experience in the SEO/SEM area
