Job specification:
• Resolving SAP incidents, problems and other assignments according to the processes and policies defined
• Building structural solutions, Workarounds and WI’s
• Solving problems proactively
• Cooperation with the users and SAP Competence Centers to provide required speed and quality of solutions
• Actively contributing to process and service definition as well as new solutions/services implementation
• Participating and managing projects
• Building knowledge management and training process

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP, preferably as key/end user
• Very good communication skills
• Drive for knowledge and learning
• Problem solving skills
• Accounting background will be an asset
• Fluent English, second language will be an added value
• Runbook knowledge will be a plus
