Main responsibilities:
• Configuration and maintenance of BMC Remedy ITSM system,
• 2nd Line support for the BMC Remedy ITSM users,
• Participation in implementation and/or change projects,
• Be proactive and continuously work on improvements.

Required Competencies:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related,
• Several years (2+) of experience in supporting and maintaining large applications,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Experience in customer contacts will be an asset,
• Experience working with Incident, Problem and/or Change Management is a big plus,
• Experience working with BMC Remedy is a big plus,
• Good English skills.
Good to know:
• MS SQL
• Java
• ITIL best practices
