EMC Pilot

Region: Bydgoszcz

Responsibilities:
Monitoring network, servers and applications
Registering issue in ticketing systems based on alerts on monitoring consoles
Dispatching issue to internal and external technical counterparts
Resolving standard issue based on work instructions

Qualifications:
Ability to work well as a team member
Methodical and disciplined approach to work
Good communication skills
Ability to deal with multi-task issues
Languages: EN and FR or EN and GE
