Responsibilities:

- Build up a team of 5-10 software developers,
- Define together with our requirement engineers the final descriptions and timelines for programming,
- Supervise the progress of work,
- Do the final testings,
- Handover the software to the internal requester,
- Regularly visit Headquarter in Germany for information exchange

Requirements:

- Several years of leadership experience,
- Deep knowledge in developing web based applications in PHP,
- Good knowledge of HTML, AJAX, T-SQL and MS SQL Server 2008,
- Experience in creating and querying XML-based SOAP interfaces,
- Fluent English is a must,
- Fluent German would be a great asset,
- VBA knowledge would be ideal,
- Purposefulness, good communication skills and the ability to think in a customer-oriented manner
