Working as part of our Client Technology team the Senior Technical Specialist – SAP is responsible for providing SAP technology support for our client facing teams.

The Senior Technical Specialist uses detailed knowledge of the SAP ERP system to answer all SAP queries, evaluate cases, route requests and tickets to achieve a resolution.

The Senior Technical Specialist works with the relevant technology team of our clients to eliminate impacts on our internal customers and clients.

The Senior Technical Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for all SAP support issues including testing of new interfaces, new project environments, maintenance and scheduled changes.

Requirements:

• Prior experience of SAP UK payroll exposure
• At least 2-3 years of experience of working with the SAP ERP application “HCM” in an UK HR/Payroll environment is essential
• Proficiency in understanding Master data maintenance in SAP related to employee, payroll, finance and time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to ensure that all customers remain informed at all times and are clear on production support status and effectiveness
• High level of analytical skills
• Fluency in English Language – B2+/C1 Level
• Experience in using MS Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
