UseItBetter is a Polish analytics startup focused on Customer Experience, Personalization and A/B testing. Every day our analytics platform collects millions of interactions that users make while shopping, listening to music, buying insurance or looking for financial services. And every day our Clients use this data to unlock and test insights how to improve customer satisfaction and improve revenue.

We are still a small team. Yet, we have repeatedly beaten big players like IBM and Clicktale to win our Clients. Our revenue is growing and we have great growth perspectives. We are aiming big this year and we are looking for ambitious team players who would like to join us. We offer access to terabytes of data, business challenges of global and local brands (inc. Shop Direct, Axa, Credit Agricole, Play), solid payment and stock options.

Now, here’s the deal.

As a Web Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Mastering UseItBetter to provide our clients with insights and reports
• Making sure that data we capture is accurate and reports reliable
• Preparing documentation and tutorials to help clients do research on their own
• Collecting clients’ feedback and helping the team put it on the product road map
• Helping out our sales team with preparations for product demonstrations and proof of concepts

Things we believe make a good candidate:

• Ability to listen and ask questions
• True passion for data
• Familiarity with web analytics tools
• Some experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript (you need to understand what you analyze)
• Either Masters in statistics, computer science or UX related field (i.e. psychology)
• … or previous experience working as a web analyst
• Fluency in English is a must
