Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot guest connections from both the hotel network side as well as the PC side.
• Complete resolution of technical issues including the assurance that escalated cases are addressed.
• Follow up with guests regarding open cases.
• Monitor and maintain servers and switches remotely.
• Use conflict resolution skills to diffuse difficult situations with clients while offering them a solution to their problem.
• Maintain knowledge of new software versions and technologies.
• Work in team environment.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (oral and written skills) – good communication/phone skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good problem solving skills, ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
• Positive, helpful attitude and ability to work with others.
• Excellent customer service skills.
