Currently for our Client, a global logistics company, we are looking for an experienced Voice Solutions Architect – Project Lead to work in Coventry (UK).
Job specification:
• Being responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of VoIP stations located in EMEA countries
• Creating VOIP Strategy, design and Dial Plan for all centralize infrastructure in EMEA
• Being responsible for the Operational Support Layer 3 for all EMEA Voice Project working in collaboration with local team in each country
• Leading the EMEA Voice Engineering and Customer Service IT team based in Coventry
• Cooperating with team in Brussels
• Preparing technical and project documentation
Requirements:
• Master Degree, preferably in IT or other relevant field
• At least 10 years of professional experience in a multi-vendor technology surroundings in a large scale enterprise, experience in team management
• Experience in IP telephony, VoIP design and support and enterprise network environment
• Experience of Contact Center environment preferably based on Genesys and/or UCCX and Cisco network technologies
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and other communications networking protocols including but not limited to RTP, H323, SIP, ISDN, MGCP, MPLS, QoS
• Good project management, vendors & contracts management skills
• Very good English language skills
