Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

Systems Analyst / IT Business Partner

Location: Lodz, Poland

Key responsibilities:

• Single Point of Contact regarding IT for internal clients
• Consultancy in the field of technology provided to internal and external clients
• Supervision of technical standards
• Second line IT support for operational problems
• Participation in technical projects for internal and external clients
• Ownership of IT audit compliance regarding internal client areas.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation

Requirements:

• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• At least 3 years of experience on similar position
• Experience in work with internal clients – manager and team leaders
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong motivation to delivery top-quality service.
• Good knowledge in IT with main focus on Microsoft Severs and Active Directory.
• Well-organized and good at prioritizing tasks,
• Focused on compliance
