For our Client, leading global advisor on the topics of risk and people, we are seeking for Incident Coordinator.
Job specification:
• Supporting the Incident Manager in service restoration with urgency and efficiency
• Ensuring timely communication
• Managing online chat and taking direction from the Incident Manager
• Taking care of paging colleagues, vendors and service providers to the incident call
• Coordinating the call when Incident Manager is busy
• Mentoring other Incident Coordinators
• Cooperating with other teams to look for improvement opportunities and provide success of the Incident Management process
• Coping with demanding/stressful situations and managing them
Requirements:
• Above 5 years of experience in technology incident management
• Experience in working in a global business environment
• Knowledge of recognized frameworks like ITIL
• Practical knowledge of technologies like Windows and Unix platforms, voice and data networks, LAN/WAN, security infrastructure, etc.
• Experience in IT service delivery and cooperating with third party vendors
• Having analytical skills and focusing on the process
• Ability to cope with ambiguity
• Self-motivation and ability to solve problems with urgency
