Currently, for our Client, an international IT services company, which offers IT infrastructure management services, systems integration, outsourcing and IT consulting, we are looking for Reporting Specialist in Bydgoszcz, Poland

Job specification:
• Creating advanced reports using MS Excel, VBA, SAP Business Objects and other tools if applicable
• Produce presentations and present where appropriate
• Service Reporting
• Pro-active reports automation, consolidation and improvement
• Reports Analysis/Business Analysis
• Setup & maintain the templates to capture the financial information
• Management support – scheduling, planning, co-ordination, meeting minutes taking and reporting on further actions
• Other back office co-ordination activities
• Communication spoken and written English or German

Requirements:
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/VBA is absolutely essential. Other reporting/analytics tools are welcome!
• Excellent English or German communications skills – at least B2/C1 level
• Ability to facilitate discussions and reach compromise to establish agreed decisions and actions. Strong problem solving skills
• Being a team player – working together by sharing knowledge, taking a positive role in teambuilding and seeking opportunities for cross-functional working and collaboration
• Presenting pro-activeness and “can do” approach in achieving best possible results according to the highest quality standards
• Work-independently on creating a solution using Excel
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and develop innovative solutions for clients

Additionally:
• Good understanding of project delivery process
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills using a variety of reporting packages
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt communication styles to the team members and contractors
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with the business partners
