For our Client, leading global advisor on the topics of risk and people, we are seeking for IT TECH Delivery Manager.

Job specification:
• Monitoring the health of the shift, including handling and resolution of escalated issues
• Prioritizing new issues and assigning issues to the proper resources for resolution
• Coordinating with Global Function Leads for in-depth investigation of issues
• Possessing accountability for resolution and outcomes of issues closed during the shift
• Managing shift resources, including workload across teams and demand patterns
• Evaluating issues and determining whether there is a need for extended coverage
• Working with incumbent Shift Lead to hand-off open issues and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts
• Maintaining and improving the shift’s operations by monitoring performance, identifying trends, completing quality audits, and driving process improvement
• Completing scorecard of shift work activities, providing a status of open and closed items during the shift
• Coordinating with vendors to resolve escalated issues related to third party services or products Achieving shift metrics as defined by the Lead
• Selecting and hiring resources to fill team roles
• Training, engaging, and retaining resources
• Monitoring day-to-day team performance to identify improvement opportunities and coordinating with Global Function Leads to resolve any performance issues

Requirements:
• Excellent experience in handling Infrastructure support teams across various technologies
• 10+ years’ experience working in an IT role, 2+ years in a supervisory role preferred
• Leadership Effectiveness: Demonstrates the vision and values of the IT organization
• Knows the Business: Understands how the business works and can identify sources of value, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Service Orientation: Listens to and understands the customer, anticipates needs, and gives high priority to customer satisfaction

• Manages Quality and Risk: Understands and applies quality assurance and risk management procedures in all areas of work performed
• Thought Leadership: Develops new insights into situations and applies different and novel solutions to make improvements
• Builds and Shares Knowledge: Develops and shares subject matter expertise/reusable assets that can be readily applied to new tasks Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field of study
• Experience working in a large, complex organization with global stakeholder groups
• Flexible shift availability required
