Job Description:

The person working in this position will take full responsibility for business analysis within the
allocated area of a new product development for one of the largest airlines in the world. Our client
is looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst looking for a great challenge and willing to take part
in this 1,5 year prestigious assignment that we believe will be just a beginning of a long-term
partnership of cooperation.

Duties:

Perform comprehensive customer needs analysis,
Perform functional and non-functional requirements gathering and system fit gap analysis for new application requests by conducting on-site interviews,
Analyze and define system specification,
Actively collaborate with Software Developers and QA, share information and assist in creating test scenarios,
Assist with User Acceptance Tests,
Participate and facilitate phone call and teleconferences with clients,
This position will involve travel to client’s site therefore willingness to travel is essential.

Required Skills:

Foundational education background, preferably in the field of computer science,
2+ years of business analysis experience,
Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements,
Expertise in requirement gathering,
Good knowledge of business analysis standards e.g. UML, business cases, system use cases,
Basic knowledge of XML/XSD,
Knowledge of object-oriented software development,
Good written and oral communication skills,
Excellent customer engagement skills,
Being a team player,
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines,
Business travel readiness.

Nice to have:

knowledge of software design tools (Visual Paradigm, Enterprise Architect),
BA certification (e.g. CCBA),
knowledge of the aviation industry.

Language Abilities:

Fluent English, with good communication skills in English.
