Your role

Are you able to think on your feet when dealing with diversified queries and tasks? Do you like to interact with people and build relationships with them?

We’re looking for someone like that who can:
– take line management responsibilities for European Offshore Delivery Centers (ODCs) staff
– facilitate resourcing in ODCs (including analyzing demand vs. supply and processing onboarding and offboarding requests)
– be a central point of contact for questions /queries relating to ODCs and a liaison to our strategic suppliers
– create management reporting (e.g. recruitment, attrition)
– make sure regulations are followed and track compliance with processes

Your team

You’ll be working with the EMEA Application Delivery team based in Wroclaw. We are a part of international team supporting 500+ UBS staff – a diverse group of technology teams across Europe.

Your experience and skills

You have:
– worked in a similar position or have other professional experience that might be applicable
– ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
– an analytical mind

You are:
– a good facilitator and negotiator
– well organized and diligent with methodical planning skills
– able to quickly understand and process data (pivot tables in MS Excel are nothing new to you)
– always willing to improve the existing processes and think ahead
– fluent in English
