In this role, you will deliver essential support to our employees in France and the UK regarding level 1 IT issues. You will also receive, log and escalate more complex IT problems. You must be someone detail-oriented with outstanding communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of customer service. Please note that this role requires a good level of spoken and written French and English (Polish is not necessary).

Main responsibilities:

- Provide technical and process support for any hardware or software related query in person or remotely.
- Ensure the quick and effective resolution to customer queries in line with agreed service levels and recommended course of actions.
- Anticipate and identify IT problems, offer & implement the most cost-effective, rapid and acceptable solutions.
- Update and maintain Service Now incident records in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and escalate all incidents according to agreed service levels and IT Service Delivery ITIL procedures and processes.
- Ensure all SLA targets are met. Escalate serious faults or concerns where necessary to the Team Leader.
- Receive and record all contact from users either via telephone, email etc. Seek to resolve all of these requests and concerns regarding technology services. Keep users informed on status and progress of calls.

Required skills:

• High level of spoken & written English and French
• Excellent phone manner & commitment to delivering a high level of service
• Past experience working in a similar support function would be ideal
• Quick problem solving skills
• Fluency in Windows XP & 7, Microsoft Office 2003/2007, Active Directory Administration
• Knowledge of SCCM Service Now or similar Service Desk technology
