Testing Specialist
Location: Poznań
Reference Number: TS/10/05/02
Main Tasks
• Analyzing problems (business processes, transactions, data, functions)
• Review and analysis of functional documentation
• Design and review of manual test scripts
• Executing Manual Tests as documented by the Test Plan and Test Scripts
• Communicating all discovered issues and reporting defects
• Preparing reports documenting test execution results and any other testing activities if required
• Create and maintain testing documentation
• Preparing Test effort estimation
• Developing or choosing the appropriate methods, techniques, standards, guidelines and tools for software testing
• Support Project Manager and Business staff in testing activities
Special Requirements
• Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in testing area
• Good knowledge of Testing Standards (ISTQB Foundation level will be an additional asset)
• ISTQB Advanced Technical Tester certificate will be an additional asset
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology on foundation level
• Experience in leading testing activities within projects(will be an additional asset)
• Knowledge of testing tools (e.g. HP QC, Mantis or other similar)
• Knowledge of testing tools (e.g. HP Performance Center, Load Runner or other similar) is required
• Knowledge of testing tools (e.g. HP QTP or other similar) is required
• Upper Intermediate or Advanced English (written and spoken)
