PR & EMPLOYER BRANDING SPECIALIST
Location: Bydgoszcz or Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- be responsible for the company’s corporate image on the Polish market,
- produce events promoting Huuuge Games as an employer,
- prepare and implement our PR strategy,
- maintain good relationships with universities and media,
- create communication strategy and consequently implement it in social media,
- create and oversee various communication tools: newsletters, printed goods, gadgets, promotional movies, etc,
- be ready to visit other branches of the company,
- close cooperation with the Marketing branch,
- organize PR and Employer Branding parties, meetings and activities,
- analyze the market and competitors’ activities,
- measure the effectivenes of taken actions.
Requirements:
- excellent communication skills,
- excellent organizational skills,
- ability to freely express yourself through writing,
- experience in working on similar position,
- knowledge of the video/mobile game market is more than welcome (with knowledge of social casinos as a double positive)
- creative approach resulting in breaking-the-mold ideas and effectivenes,
- initiative and feistiness,
- teamwork and ability to always find a compromise, but at the same time the assertiveness to defend your own ideas,
- Social Media proficiency (FB, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram),
- very good english language skills.
Pluses:
- knowledge of various graphic and video editing software, i.e.: Sony Vegas, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator,
- knowledge of programs or platforms used to create interactive presentations, i.e.: Microsoft PowerPoint or Prezi,
- paying attention to details and creative thinking.
