Are you a Flex developer with an excellent understanding of Java and able to prove your skills?

Our company is looking for a talented Software Engineer with a solid background developing RIA
applications using Flex 3/4, BlazeDS, Spring, Hibernate, and MySQL.

The initial contract will be for the next few months with the VERY likely possibility of continued work if we
are impressed by your skills and feel that you are a good fit with our team.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Excellent knowledge of Action Script 3 and Java (minimum 2 years)
- Experience building RIA applications with Flex/BlazeDS/Spring/Hibernate/MySQL
- Solid knowledge of Object Oriented Design techniques
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid knowledge of SQL
- Strong understanding of design patterns and when to apply them
- Excellent work ethic
- Self-motivated

DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience with SWIZ framework
- Experience creating custom Flex controls
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, etc)
- Experience with Google Web Toolkit (GWT)
- Experience with Linux (especially Ubuntu)
- Experience with SVN
