For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst.
Role Description
• Working with customer to define solutions
• Playing role of interface between technical and business
representatives
• Gathering, analysis and management of business requirements
• Defining business use cases
• Preparing functional specification (documentation)
• Business process analysis (AS-IS, TO-BE, Gap) – including modeling,
optimization and improvements recommendation
Requirements:
BUSINESS/FUNCTIONAL
1) Experience in the following functional areas (in order of priority):
- Customer Order Management
- Field Workforce Management
- Service Activation
- Business Process Management
- Telco Product Catalogue (wire line preferable)
- Self Service
2) Experience in Telecommunication industry (wire line preferable)
3) Experience with the following categories of systems:
- CRM
- Workforce management
- Order management
- Provisioning
TECHNICAL
- Understanding of Business Analysis methodologies (i.e. RUP) and notations (i.e. BPMN, UML, etc)
- jBPM (optionally)
- dedicated OM systems (optionally)
- dedicated Provisioning systems (optionally)
- 4+ years of Business Analysis experience
SOFT
