For our Client, global and prestigious company that is developing its office in Warsaw, we are currently looking for candidates ready to take a challenge on a position of Business Analyst
Main Responsibilities:
• Applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to support business Analyst – (Level I/II)
• Applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to support migration of ID administration and management from local ISA groups to the Centers of Excellence.
• Responsible for effective transitioning of existing ID administration and management processes and controls into the Centers of Excellence.
• Additional duties may include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, process analysis/design, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
• Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer.
• Analyzes customer/business needs to determine business and functional requirements.
• Performs functional analysis to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
• Works with software development engineers on business and functional requirements documents.
• Develops the training requirements for the ID Administration processes to support migration from the local ISA groups to the Center of Excellence BAU operations.
