For one of our Clients, an IT company providing services for Clients in the financial/banking sector, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

The person will be working in a small team, writing functional specifications and use cases for a state-of-the-art payment services portal products, they will communicate with the customers and with the internal Project Manager and the software development teams. He/she will also from time to time attend functional workshops at customer sites or longer stays at customers.
He/she will help the team in the analysis phase of development of high-end client- and server software for deployment in mission-critical areas. During the QA phase the person will support customers and internal teams with their functional expertise.

Requirements:
• At least 4 years experience as Business Analyst in commercial IT projects;
• Structured analytical thinking, very good communication skills, oriented detail and providing quality work;
• Good economic background, with focus on electronic banking, payment processing, cash management and/or ERP system;
• Practical knowledge of up-to-date software specification techniques (Domain Analysis, Requirement Specification, Use Case Specification);
• Experience with payment and cash management data formats, in particular ELIXIR, SWIFT, EDIFACT and east European payment formats would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of XML technology (XML, XSD, XSLT) and related tools (e.g. XMLSpy) would be an advantage;
• Fluent English, both spoken and written;
• Availability to travel to customers abroad for extensive periods (at least 50% of time) with option to return to Poland for weekends.
