GOG.com is looking for a Finance Assistant to enrich our Finance team and help manage all our numbers, which are growing as fast as the amount of games on our virtual shelf!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing financial data for monthly reporting (invoices, bank statements verification, internal reports, credit card settlements).
• Providing our partners with monthly/quarterly reports, cooperating with vendors from around the world.
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions (vendor/partners invoices, cost allocation).
• Collecting accounting documents and ensuring their completeness and accuracy.
• Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reports prepared by the accounting department.
• Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities.

Job Requirements:

• Min. bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or accounting.
• Solid self-organization and ability to set priorities to meet deadlines, as GOG.com’s environment is a dynamic one.
• Problem solving skills: taking initiatives and bringing solutions. We like to move things forward at GOG.com rather than get stuck on worrying.
• Strong analytical skills contributing to your efficiency.
• Accuracy and attention to details – please include our three core values in your cover letter.
