Currently for Our Client we are looking for the Candidates on the position Software Development Supervisor in Katowice.
Location: Katowice
Description of the position:
• Being a part of autonomous Scrum team
• Taking full responsibility for your product and the career of your team
• Working on the latest version on Microsoft`s development tools
• Using TDD/BDD and variety of automation tools on daily basis
• Having long term vision of multiple projects
• Using English every day in communication with native speakers

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or QA Engineer
• Leadership skills and respectful approach to different opinions
• Experience in C# and .NET platform or Quality Assurance
• Experience of working in an Agile environment and a deep understanding of Agile values
• Very good knowledge of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in fast pace environment
Nice to have:
• A university degree or equivalent
• Project management experience
• People management experience
• Previous exposure to budget management
