Profile Description:
The OSS application Engineer will be responsible for operation, maintenance and solving technical, problem related with OSS. Hisok dz duties will also include all types of configuration for example User permissions, OSS application configuration. The person on this position will be part of cross country operations team.
Your Profile:
• Diploma related to Computer Science, Telecommunication, electronic or in similar field of education
• 3 years technical experience in the area of IT/Telecom services
• Depth knowledge of IT Systems, UNIX, Windows NT, IT Infrastructure
• Experience and knowledge with Remedy, NetCool, Nokia NetAct
• General knowledge of 2G/3G mobile network typology
• Familiar with regular proactive and preventive maintenance (Backup, Clear Code and Alarm analysis)
• Fluent English spoken and written (Knowledge of German is an advantage)
• Very good communication and documentation skills
