Currently for Our Client we are looking for the candidates on the position IT Global Manager in Pszczyna.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Technical and BO manager to formulate Envi IT strategy based on business needs
• Review IT application portfolio and define IT project priorities
• Review new IT project opportunities to ensure alignment with Envi IT strategy
• Drive standardization of IT applications within Envi
• Represent Envi in the IT Council
• Evaluate new technologies and assess potential value to the Envi business
• Manage the Envi Technical IT support team
• Provide support on development, installation and upgrading on global products provided by Envi softwares/applications including LIMS
• Represent Envi on global IT working groups (LIMS, BOSS, and other IT global solutions approved by Envi business)
• Promote and implement LIMS in Envi laboratories based on the business strategy and Client IT vision
• Integrate and harmonize IT systems of existing and newly acquired labs / businesses
• Based on the IT needs, design and deliver training programs to designated Envi staff at an agreed upon frequency
• Provide coaching and support to local IT management in preparing documents and be audit-ready
• Improve the responsiveness and effectiveness of global IT processes

Requirements:
• University degree in information technologies;
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience on IT functions in an international / global environment,;
• Experience with MS .Net, C#, databases, SQL
• Knowledge of the Envi IT process on main product lines (Laboratory, Field, Health & Safety, Consulting, Sustainability);
• Fluency in English, other language(s) an additional benefit
• Knowledge and expertise in modern IT scripting languages;
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written;
• Leadership skills;
• Logical and problem solving skills;
• Ability to coach people and obtain their buy-in;
• Team player
